The Cummins QSK60 engine, belonging to the Quantum series, has a sophisticated electronic control system, giving superior power performance and efficiency. Below are some highlights of this project:
Fuel Water Separator with Rack
The fuel water separator is an original accessory for this model. To make the operation convenient, we made a rack for the fuel water separator. So, users can place the device on the ground, which helps prevent the device from breaking due to generator vibration during operation. Alternatively, we can make the fuel water separator mounted to the base frame upon clients’ requests.
Easy Installation of the Radiator
The Cummins QSK60G11 is a giant unit with a height exceeding the 40ft HQ container limitation. Therefore, we must disassemble the radiator from the base frame to do the loading for transportation. Since we disassembled the radiator from the genset, our team especially did the marker of the piping. It is easier for the customer to do the assembling work on their side. Additionally, our team labelled all the accessories to speed up the installation progress.
Live Stream of Load Test
For clients to monitor the testing procedures despite the limitations due to Covid-19, we performed a live stream for a factory load test. We set up several cameras to demonstrate the generator performance during the load test from different views.
