Diesel Generator Testing
With the connection of load banks, we perform standard in-house generator factory acceptance tests (FAT). We have the generator running on step loads at regular increments from prime operation to full standby load, so that we can analyse the data of the capacity of the engine and the alternator. For enclosure units, we also help to measure noise levels at fixed distances (e.g. at 1 m, 3 m, and 7 m) peripherally around the generator set.
Quality Check
To meet the client’s requirement, our technician, production and sales team always check the scope of supply to confirm every detail is correct, including but not limited to the appearance such as the paint, labels and nameplates. We drain liquids like oil and coolants to ensure the unit is dry and has no leakages. Also we make sure that each component and part are functioning.
